BORN IN LOS ANGELES BUT BRED WITH A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE, G/FORE WAS CONCEPTUALIZED WITH A PASSION FOR MODERN DESIGN COMBINED WITH A LOVE OF GOLF. INSPIRED BY ART, ARCHITECTURE, AND HIGH FASHION, G/FORE IS DISTINGUISHED BY OUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, SOPHISTICATED EASE, WHIMSICAL NATURE, AND YOUTHFUL ENERGY. WE CONSISTENTLY STRIVE TO MAKE A POWERFUL AND COLOURFUL IMPACT ON OUR FAVOURITE GAME. OUR INTENT IS TO DISRUPT THE INDUSTRY WHILE HONOURING THE SPORT AND ITS RICH TRADITIONS.

BRAND HISTORY

G/FORE WAS CONCEPTUALIZED IN 2011 WHEN WE REALIZED THAT WHILE GOLF ITSELF IS ROOTED IN HISTORY, THAT DOESN’T MEAN GOLFER’S STYLE HAS TO LIVE IN THE PAST. WITH UTMOST RESPECT FOR THE TRADITIONS OF THE GAME, WE LAUNCHED OUR FIRST COLLECTION IN 2011–A LINE OF 100% AA CABRETTA LEATHER GLOVES IN A MULTITUDE OF EYE-CATCHING COLOURS. WE SOON EXPANDED TO SHOES, APPAREL, AND ACCESSORIES ENCOURAGING MODERN GOLFERS TO ADD COLOUR AND WHIMSY TO ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR GAME.

2011

GLOVES

INSPIRED BY THE VIBRANCY OF 70’S & 80’S GOLF AESTHETICS, G/FORE BEGAN BY REIMAGINING RETRO GOLF FASHION WITH A MODERN TWIST IN THE FORM OF VIBRANT COLOURED GOLF GLOVES MADE WITH PREMIUM AA CABRETTA LEATHER.

2012

FOOTWEAR

G/FORE OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF STYLES FROM TRADITIONAL WITH THE GALLIVANTER, TO STREET WITH THE DISRUPTOR, ATHLETICISM WITH THE MG4+, AND A COMBINATION OF ALL ELEMENTS WITH THE MG4X2 GOLF CROSS TRAINER. OUR SHOES ARE PROOF THAT GOLFERS NEVER NEED TO SACRIFICE STYLE FOR PERFORMANCE.

2014

APPAREL

FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS OF OUR GLOVE AND SHOE LINES, G/FORE EXPANDED INTO GOLF CLOTHING AND OTHER ACCESSORIES. THIS WAS A NATURAL PROGRESSION DUE TO OUR FOUNDER’S EXTENSIVE HISTORY IN FASHION. WE SET OUT TO CHALLENGE THE STATUS QUO OF GOLF FASHION WITH THE RELEASE OF VIBRANT, PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN DESIGNS, COMPLETE WITH MODERN TECHNICAL ASPECTS THAT IMPROVE BOTH YOUR GOLF GAME AND YOUR STYLE GAME.

G/FORE HAS GROWN TREMENDOUSLY AS WE EXPAND OUR COLLECTION AND EXPLORE NEW CATEGORIES. ALONGSIDE SEASONAL LAUNCHES, WE ALSO OFFER A RANGE OF UNIQUE CAPSULE COLLECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PURCHASED BY PETER MILLAR LLC IN JANUARY 2018, G/FORE HAS BECOME ONE OF LUXURY BRAND RICHEMONT’S MONOBRANDS, UPHOLDING THEIR LONGSTANDING HISTORY OF SOPHISTICATION AND INNOVATION. ALONGSIDE SUCH NOTABLE BRANDS AS CARTIER, PIAGET, AND JAEGER-LECOULTRE, EACH OF RICHEMONT’S “MAISONS” ARE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR EXCELLENCE, DISTINCTIVE CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND INNOVATIVE SPIRIT.
